Down the hill and just a step away from the hustle and laughter of the local town fair, Erin and Josh said "I do" in front of an intimate gathering of family and friends at the lovely Santa Ynez Inn. Sunny skies and fresh cut lawns set the stage for the sweetest ceremony full of love, music, laughter, and a bright palette of yellow, crisp white, and kelly green florals.
Within a small window every year, these stunning yellow tree peonies become available, I was so excited that Erin's wedding fell within that month and eagerly snatched up a bunch of these beauties for her bouquet! I accented the peonies with yellow Toulouse Lautrec garden roses, crisp white stock, amaryllis, anemones, trailing vines of clematis and jasmine, and delicate stems of maidenhair fern, tied off with a length of silky kelly green ribbon.
Erin walked down the garland lined aisle to her husband-to-be waiting under a simple birch arch strung with more green garland and bright yellow roses and ranunculus.
Erin and Josh both love finding good breweries, so they proposed we use some of their favorite brewery growlers to hold simple wild queen annes lace accented with glowing candles on each table. Simple and lovely and it complimented the beautiful carriage house that the reception was held in.
Congratulations Erin and Josh, many blessings on your new marriage!
